Built in a working print shop

NeuroParts started inside LOOP 3D, a production 3D printing bureau. We quote, print, check and ship parts for customers every day, and we needed one system that could keep up with that work.

Running a shop meant endless manual tasks and jumping between too many pieces of software. So we built one system for all of it, with AI doing the heavy lifting. Every feature on this site is one we use ourselves before it reaches you.

What NeuroParts does

NeuroParts takes an order from the customer's first file to the paid invoice, with an AI agent working in each department of the shop. AI agents read STEP, STL and PDF drawings, price parts with your own rules and answer customers by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram. Once the order is in, NeuroParts plans the builds, watches your machines, checks every part and prepares the delivery note and invoice.

The AI proposes and you approve. Every price, rule change and reply it suggests shows its reasons, and nothing changes until someone on your team accepts it.

Who it is for

We built NeuroParts for 3D printing bureaus first, because that is our own trade. The same system is being extended to laser and sheet metal, CNC machining and injection moulding shops, where the work after the quote is much the same.
