The problem

Contract manufacturers such as 3D printing bureaus, laser and sheet metal shops and CNC shops win and run their work through a patchwork of tools. Quoting, customer messages, scheduling, nesting, quality checks and invoicing each live in a different place, and a lot of the work in between is still done by hand in email and spreadsheets.

Separate tools for CRM or nesting alone often cost more than a small shop wants to spend, and none of them talk to each other.

The product

NeuroParts is agentic software that runs a shop in one system, from the customer's first file to the paid invoice, with an AI agent working in each department: sales, marketing, production and quality. AI agents read STEP, STL and PDF drawings, price parts with the shop's own rules and answer customers across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram. Once an order is in, NeuroParts plans the builds, watches the machines, checks every part and prepares the delivery note and invoice.

The AI proposes and the shop approves. Every suggested price, rule change and reply shows its reasons, and nothing changes until someone on the team accepts it.

Where we are

NeuroParts was built inside LOOP 3D, a production 3D printing bureau in the United Kingdom, and it runs that business every day. It is now offered to other shops as a subscription, with a free demo and trial.
