How we handle personal data on this website and in NeuroParts, and the choices you have.

Last updated 18 October 2026

Who we are

NeuroParts is a product of LOOP 3D Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. LOOP 3D Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice for this website and for NeuroParts accounts. You can reach us about anything in this notice at info@loop3dprinter.com.

What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit neuroparts.ai, sign up for NeuroParts at neuro.parts, or contact us. When a shop uses NeuroParts to manage its own customers, that shop is the controller of its customers' data and we process it on the shop's behalf, under our agreement with them.

What we collect

  • When you visit this website: standard technical data that our hosting provider records, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
  • When you sign up or contact us: your name, work email, company and anything you choose to tell us.
  • When you use NeuroParts: your account details, the files and messages you upload or connect, quotes, orders, invoices and records of how the service is used, so we can run and support it.

AI features

NeuroParts uses AI models to read drawings, suggest prices, draft replies and check parts. When you use these features, the content involved is sent to our AI provider to produce the result. Our provider does not use this content to train its models. AI suggestions never change your prices, rules or messages until a person on your team accepts them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run NeuroParts, under contracts that require them to protect it:

ProviderWhat they do
VercelHosts this website and the NeuroParts application
SupabaseStores account and application data
AnthropicProvides the AI models behind NeuroParts features
Google FontsServes the fonts this website uses, which means your browser connects to Google
Unipile, Microsoft, IntuitConnect WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, email and QuickBooks, only when a shop turns these connections on

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and for up to 12 months after it closes, so you can come back or export your records. We keep invoices and accounting records for 6 years, as UK law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period, normally no more than 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another service. Write to info@loop3dprinter.com and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. For significant changes we will also tell NeuroParts customers by email.
